5 week group to help you unlearn self-abandonment and reclaim your aliveness.
A small group to help you honour your pain, needs, and capacity. An exploration into healing your nervous system and how to stay in discomfort without betraying yourself. You’ll finish the group feeling confident in prioritizing yourself, setting effective boundaries, and how to replace fear-based thinking with love-based living.
Group meets as follows:
